Fauna & Flora:

Karst Ecosystems

I had the opportunity to illustrate and animate the formation of Karst Ecosystems into a minute long explainer video.

The challenge was to communicate complex scientific processes through visuals that were both engaging and informative, while avoiding the look and feel of traditional textbook diagrams.

Nexus studios:

Harry Potter wizarding world app

As part of the 2D design team at Nexus Studios, I helped create a series of illustrated dioramas for the Wizarding World app. The scenes accompanied an interactive Sorting Hat experience, where users answered a series of questions to discover their Hogwarts house.

Every environment was carefully researched to ensure it felt authentic to the Harry Potter universe, with each visual designed to seamlessly reflect the tone, lore, and storytelling of the Wizarding World.

Fauna & Flora:

Carbon cycle

This series of frame-by-frame looping animations was created for the campaign Why We Need Nature to Breathe. The challenge was to reinterpret the carbon cycle through engaging visuals that balanced scientific accuracy with a loose, hand-drawn aesthetic. Frame-by-frame animation was the ideal medium, moving away from the rigid feel of traditional textbook diagrams to make the science more accessible and visually engaging.

Avery Dennison:

Sustainability

Stepping outside my usual style, I conceptualised and created a series of sustainability visuals using a photo-collage aesthetic.

The goal was to move away from familiar visual clichés around sustainability and explore a more cerebral, human approach that encouraged deeper engagement with environmental themes.
